Description

 Zeiss LSM 780 NLO Multiphoton Laser Scanning Microscope with a tunable pulsed near-infra-red laser (Chameleon Vision II) for multiphoton excitation. Single/multi-photon point scanning confocal system with two PMTs and one 32-channel GaAsP detector for spectral detection, two non-descanned GaAsP detectors and three PMTs for multi-photon detection, and three transmitted light detectors. Motorized stage for multi-point acquisition.
