Description

Our Leica AFLX6000 TIRF is designed for observation of LiveCell systems (incubator) and phenomenons at the interface between the cells and their substrate. The laser lines are well distributed over the spectrum and especially good for common dye combinations. A system of external emission filters wheel allows extremely fast acquisition in combination with an EMCCD for detection of low signal.
