Description

It is an inverted Laser Scanning Confocal microscope with up to 32 spectral detection channels, 2 PMTs and one transmission channel. It provides FLIM functionality.

Suitable for the detection of multiple fluorescent dyes (but no DAPI), FRAP, FRET, optical sectioning for 3D reconstruction, linear and spectral unmixing of overlapping emission spectra. It can acquire brightfield and DIC images with the transmission detector.
