Description
Our Leica TCS SP5 I confocal setup is designed for working on living sample and dedicated for high resolution imaging in XYZ. The upright configuration and the dipping lenses make it optimal for embryo development studies. An incubator allows long timelapse with living samples. The laser lines are well distributed over the spectrum and especially good for common dye combinations. Due to the conventional setup, it's straight forward to work with.
