Description
Single Plane Illumination microscope
Static light sheet microscope with 2 light sheets. Each sheet is composed out of three individual sheets from different angles to reduce shadowing. The sample can be moved about 1cm3 in xyz. Due to the white light laser/excitation/emission filter wheels a broad range of fluorophores can be used.
Suitable for 3D multicolor imaging of large transparent specimen.
