Description

Confocal live cell imaging system for fast and gentle imaging. The system provides 6 laser lines ranging from 405-637nm, Air, W and Si objectives, a spinning disc unit with two pinhole discs, a zoom in function for maximum laser power on a smaller area of the sample and an additional magnification (1x, 1,5x or 2x) in front of the sCMOS camera. The incubation allows temperature, CO2 and humidity control. The stage is motorized for multi-position and mosaic applications, the microscope z-drive and the 150um range fast Piezo might be used. The system can be run via Fusion software or ANDOR IQ.
