Description

It is an inverted Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope with a wide range of lasers and 4 internal detectors (two PMTs, one GaAsP and an Airy2 detector). Additionally it is equipped with a tunable multiphoton laser (range 680-1300nm) and a dual channel non-descanned BIG module.

It is suitable for the detection of multiple fluorescent dyes, FRAP, FRET, optical sectioning for 3D reconstruction. With the AiryScan2 detector high speed, high sensitivity and/or high resolution imaging is possible. The system is equipped for live cell imaging with incubation.
