Description

It is an inverted Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope with a pulsed 405nm laser, a pulsed white light laser and a dual beam Insight X3 pulsed multiphoton laser. It offers five internal spectral HyD detectors, one transmission channel and a spectral NDD detection unit with four HyD detectors. Additionally it provides an independent four laser line photomanipulation unit (RAPP, 405, 488, 561, 640nm) and incubation for live cell imaging. Besides the conventional scanner it supplies a resonant scanner (8.000 Hz). High resolution imaging is supported by the integrated deconvolution (lightning). It is suitable for optical sectioning, intensity imaging (with gating for autofluorescence removal), deep tissue imaging and especially fast fluorescence lifetime microscopy (FLIM). , deep tissue imaging, photo-manipulation and high speed scanning.
