Bio-image analysis technology development
The PoL Bio-image analysis group offers a wide range of expertise along the entire data-life cycle. We provide a palette of services from individual, collaboration-style image-analysis consultation, the use of specialized hardware to accelerate existing analysis workflows, software development and scientific image data management. The focus of our group lies in the use of and contribution to open-source research software to foster the evolution and improvement of FAIR data and software.
